- Apart from being a volunteer on the weekends, I was an intern at a private organization called RIVER FUND for Summer Youth Employment Program 2023.
- I received training in how to do client intakes and was able to work on my communication skills. I also learned how to scan documents to upload them to client profiles and/or to instructed shared folders. I also was trained how to answer the phone at the front desk and was able to attend to the client questions and needs through phone to the best of my ability.
- During my time as an intern and volunteer, on Wednesdays and Saturdays I helped maintain order on the line to the best of ability and was able to collaboratively work with others to get the job done.
