
To find a full-time position where I can use my customer service and clerical background. In my previous positions, I have been able to develop my strong skills in typing, data entry, and my excellent phone skills where I use strong verbal communication skills demonstrating empathy, respect, restatement, open-ended questions, active listening, and diplomacy with a diverse customer population.
