Starting a quilt takes a lot of planning and preparation from what pattern or style you will use, what kind of quilt block, size, coordinating colors. You have quilting math, which involves measurements, yardage, geometry and proportions. You have to be very detailed oriented and organized especially if working with a lot of different pieces.
