Participated in the Construction Industry Round Table (CIRT) competition through the ACE Mentor Program of America after being selected as 1 of 6 students from the Houston program. Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team over three months to design a sustainable emergency relief housing village, contributing to MEP systems, 3D modeling, construction planning, budgeting, and presentations. Coordinated extensively outside of school across multiple campuses, strengthening communication and project management skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Earned 1st Place in the Houston ACE Mentor competition and 2nd Place in the Houston CERT competition, advancing to the national finalist competition in Washington, D.C.. Gained valuable experience in professional networking, public speaking, and presentation strategy while engaging with industry leaders in architecture, engineering, and construction.
