I have been a stay-at-home mom for 10 years with 6 kids. I have gone from a high school athlete to a fitness body personal trainer to a pregnant mother six times in nine years, to having major surgery to fix severe muscle separation, and now back to relearning myself and what I want out of fitness. Each step of the way I challenged myself and grew to accept where I was and where I needed to push myself to be. I cried on the treadmill more often than I would like to admit out of frustration of what I knew I used to be but also beaming pride that this is what I could do right now.
If anyone can understand and have deep empathy for the fitness journey that a women is on, I believe its me.
I understand the complexities each individual can bring and believe I have the skills you're looking for. More importantly though, I possess a deep emotional pull and passion for helping women find the inner strength they didn't know they had, providing them with the encouragement they need along the way.
