After coming to a wrap up in my college years I decided to leave the business I was working at, my focus was to develop a business entity which would be more of a stream of income for me and I began with the purchase of the location I was last working at and began an investment as a franchisee.

• I developed an entrepreneur mindset by doing the tasks my previous bosses and applied it to this investment
• developed skills in basic accounting and bookkeeping.

• improved communication with customers

• This job consisted of taking orders from customers, and preparing food/drinks for them.
• It helped develop communication skills, this job was done by myself and allowed me to further develop working under pressure while focusing on the quality and efficiency of the operation.
• This company had multiple locations, began at a busy location
• Gained the trust of the owners to do tasks like shopping for the business, as well as doing revenue deposits to the banks, delivering checks to employees, doing inventory counts and ordering inventory.
• Was assigned a location that was doing very bad in sales, once assigned the location I helped to develop ideas to increase sales, focused on what the customers were complaining about, fixed the small things that needed to be fix like staff, from here my focus was customer service, and upselling .
• My mindset focused on the idea that if I improve sales and focus on upselling my compensation would be well resulting from customer tips, as well as wage increases due to my performance.
• The other part of the job was focusing on preparing quality food and drinks for the customers and give them a good experience as a customer.
• within a year the sales had almost doubled in the span of the year.

• This position involved being in charge of assisting the management of irrigation of a 100 acre nursery, this job involved teamwork, as well as brainstorming for ways of efficiently irrigating the fields without causing much erosion to soils.
• We developed ways in watering the plants to better improve the growth and quality of plants grown by testing newer watering technologies.
• Skills like multitasking, brainstorming, and working under pressure were developed.
• Communication was key to make sure everything was done at perfection on this job.
