· Nurtured many executive level relationships in Tier One wireless carrier accounts.
· Primary manager for Verizon Wireless with three different companies offering software products, device performance evaluation, and network engineering services.
· Consulted for and traveled to international customers in Canada, CALA, and the Middle East.
· Responsible for exclusive tower “build-to-suit” relationship for a national tower developer.
Leadership
· Author and present account plans to company executives including sales strategy, timeframes, and resource requirements.
· Regularly summarize and present industry updates and sales training to peers and management.
· Achieved the largest single strategic sales order for Xceed Technologies. This strategic order set the stage for the company to achieve record growth and to be sold in 2013.

Consulting Engineering
· Performed consulting and development services for customers as owner of N-Gen services working on networks in TN, GA, Washington State, and the Carolinas.
· Constructed, marketed, and ran two spec wireless tower locations.
Network Operations Performance
· Supervised the performance testing of the country's first commercial 1st generation digital voice (CDMA) network for Bell Atlantic Mobile.
· Achieved operational target metrics for coverage, blocked and dropped calls, and build plan.
· Developed processes and evaluated systems used to benchmark wireless networks in the era of 8 operators per market.
