This position isn’t something that I’m classified as however when working with the new hires the sleds are something’s empty of work for various reasons, I started taking it upon myself to set the new AA’s stations up with work to prevents them from standing around. This was pretty much a self appointed role that was necessary.

Train new AA’s in the process of Stow. Teach them the correct way items should be Stowed into the bins. Help and teach them how to avoid bin violations. Motivate and Encourage them to be the best they can be. Give them constructive criticism in a respectful and polite way. I’ve been told by various people from PA’s to AM’s that I’m a very good Ambassador. I truly have a passion for this part of the job. Also in the process of me being an Ambassador I was responsible for a current role that’s being used to training the new hires.

• Fix product that had bad barcodes , search and find correct barcodes or asins using FC research, after being assigned a floor you basically go up and down the floor or station to station fixing all items that need fixing so items can be processed through Stow which is a very important role because these items could possibly be s customer order. Re-Actives take priority over regular work, typically has a two hour window in which these items need to be Stowed. I was always been considered a great Stower and was always one they could depend on to get them Stowed quickly but most important effectively.

• Select items based on shape and size and place them in various type on bins. Maintain rate goals. Induct work onto the sled in order to have 6 to 10 boxes or totes staged to be Stowed. Follow all necessary rules regarding the process.

• Resolved customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Developed and maintained relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Managed service staff to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
• Reviewed inventory levels and ordered supplies to keep products in stock.
• Improved customer satisfaction ratings by listening to complaints and finding appropriate solutions to problems.
