Assisting the Store Manger in running the store and following all of Kroger's best practices and standards. From merchandising the store to standards, to running the store efficiently using the operational best practices while also leading any new role outs as they come.

I was a trained meat cutter, knowing all the cuts of meat and how to merchandise each prime to yield the most profit..

Protecting all of Kroger assets thru audits in the stores, or stopping external theft. Also rowing out new programs like Waste Integration and coaching associates in the store on inventory control.

Running the meat department to meet sales and shrink goals. Merchandising the fresh meat wall and display bunkers. Using tools like the Promotional ordering tool and cutting tool to control inventory and shrink.

As a clerk i worked on the front end, product, floral grocery, drug gm. In those positons I operated a cash register, merchandised produce and floral tables, and also stocking shelves and breaking down trucks.

Worked as a cashier, stocker, unloading trucks by hand and helped in the meat department.
