- At Edge Rubber, I started as a production worker and within 6 months was promoted to the Quality department as one of the first two QA techs they hired. I helped them establish the job duties for this newly formed position. Eventually, I was assigned the majority of forklift responsibilities as well, becoming proficient in forklift operation in a very short amount of time. I was extremely focused on being safe and efficient and have never had a single incident or accident in my time as an operator there.
