  • Handled all claims for several different contracts and levels of coverage for automobiles and wheel and tire contracts. I used several factory warranty extensions using their labor operation codes and time allocations as well as published labor guides for Alldata, Mitchel and Kelly Blue book for vehicle value. Once the initial investigation is completed and it is then determined if a field inspection is necessary, inspection are ordered from any of the approved inspection companies.
  • Claim is then reviewed and verified for the completion of the repair matching the customers initial concerns. After I have received the report and reviewed it a decision is made for the claim's final outcome. Parts and labor are then negotiated with the shop and the claim authorization is provided.

  • My duties as a power train adjuster are to take the claim from start to finish, verify contract status, coverage eligibility, and confirm failures are applicable with shops estimates and technicians' findings. Once I have completed my initial investigation and determined if a field inspection is necessary inspection is ordered from any of our approved inspection companies.
