I have worked for Heritage Home Service since 1997. I started off as a plumbing apprentice. When I started we had 6 service trucks and we are up to over 200 and counting.

I have done many roles in these years. I started in plumbing and HVAC service and install. I obtained my master plumbing license as well as my gas license.

I went from the field to HVAC sales for about 5 years, then I was our HVAC Service/Install and Sales Manager for another 4 years. At that point we did a restructure and opened up new locations. I took on the role of General Manager for Auburn our first and largest location with annual revenue of 25 million. I over saw the entire location including our HVAC service and install division, our Plumbing service and install division, our Electric service and install division as well as warehouse, dispatch and our office admin team which totaled 80 people.

In 2024 the company started a new role of an HVAC Director which would oversee all HVAC processes and procedures, pricebook, training and development for all of our locations from Maine to Rhode Island.

Apex purchased Heritage in 2021. They decided to split off markets and restructured again in late 2025 which eliminated the HVAC director role due to the market I would be working in cut in half.

They developed a new role for me as a trade director which I was responsible for tech development in the field with rideouts and then I could supplement my lower income with the change with running HVAC sales appointments.

I really was hoping to retire with Heritage as I always loved it and thought it was like family however a lot has changed over this past year and I feel as a change for me is needed.

I bring a lot of skillset, I have a current plumbing, EPA, and gas license. I am also proficient in oil systems. I have an extension background in Service Titan and I have built our pricebook for years.

I have a strong background for in home sales and have always been on the top of the leader board for Heritage whether it was in home sales or as a plumbing and hvac technician.

I am open running in home sales as well as anything else that my skill set would make sense for you.
