
I have lived downtown Detroit for 22 years now, all of which have been in the service industry. 18 years in fine dining. I am extremely passionate about service. My 3 passions in this industry are food, wine and proper steps of service. I have a great relationship with the detroit elite. I have gained trust with this city's residents. I am proud to have spent the last two decades making guests happy.
I trained under a fellow Sommelier Joseph Allerton to take over his position as Sommelier and Manager. Mr. Allerton is opening his highly anticipated Bar Pigalle in Brush Park with Travis Fourmont. Unfortunately Roast Shuttered its doors on January 7th.
