Accomplishments

After becoming the pilot Central Repair Order Service Writer, I Collaborated with Management Team to set up Blythewood as the pilot External Customer Repair Facility for RCT Maint.. We performed mobile and shop preventative Maintenance for three External customers. Processes and SOP's were designed in TMT to track and Invoice the customers. This spread to what RCT has become today and the same three customers plus many others are still being serviced out of the Blythewood shop.

I am proud to see what it has become and i am glad to have been on the ground floor of the development of RCT.
