• Bartend for large-scale seasonal festivals, such as ACL, Two Step Inn, Besame Mucho, etc.
• Assist in setting up the bar for the service shift.
• Stand for long periods in heat or cold while serving guests.

• Serve canned beer, and create specialty cocktails.
• Stock all supplies needed for each concert.
• Ring all sales through iPad technology.
• Inventory all liquors and beers before and after each show.
• Supervise nonprofit groups that run the concession stand.
• Inventory all products: foods, drinks, boats, and cups.
• Closely monitor and maintain all levels of products to ensure that there are ample supplies for the entire concert.
