-Determine if a field inspection is necessary based on the cause of failure and cost estimates submitted by the repair facility, examine vehicles for both safety and maintenance items.

-Partner with other departments, claim adjusters, and management staff to identify options that support claims resolution and approval.

Team leader service technician I have the responsibility of understanding and completing perplex work necessary for the repair of a customer’s vehicle.
