I currently work at Walmart as a Front End Team Lead. I watch over the front end in many different ways. Whether that be assisting my cashiers, checking in on my cart pushers, making sure door greeters breaks are covered, managing price changes/mods for the front end, cleaning registers, etc. Also making sure the checks are deposited from sales of a previous day, ensuring customers satisfaction is met on the front end, and treating associates with respect.

• Worked as a sales associate in the men's and kid's section for about a month
• Currently working as a cashier and sometimes in the backroom
• As a cashier, I greet the customer, help with the check out process and advertise the store credit card
• As a backroom associate, I help unpack boxes so that the merchandise can be put on the sales floor

• Help prepare and serve food for events (weddings, graduations, etc.)
• Occasionally help on weekends and weekdays

I worked at Walmart as service team associate. I handle the returns. I help handle returns whether that be in store items or marketplace items. I also help handle money transfers, which includes sending and receiving money in a secure manner. I always help countless of regular and new customers with this service daily. Money orders are another service we provide. I help with the process of printing money orders, which most customers use for bill payments or a variety of reasons. Bill payments are very similar to money transfer and are handled just as securely as a money transfer. Check cashing is a secure way for customers to cash payroll and also tax checks as well. I also assistant our team leads (supervisors) with any tasks they aren’t able to complete.

• Worked at Soldier Field, Grant Park and Wrigley Field for events which included Bears games, Cubs games, International Soccer Games and Lollapalooza
• Helped check bags, assisted customers and made sure things were safe and orderly
