My experience at the clinical rotations that I attended would help mold my career because I not only learned about nursing, but I also learned how to interact with patients. Making personal connections, verbal communication, non-verbal communication, written communication, patient education, and learning to be culturally aware are skills needed to engage with patients therapeutically, and this enhances the experience of patients within healthcare.
