LDM Yellow Belt Certified working towards my Green Belt. I have been the LDM Ambassador at Manheim Dallas since 2019. This additional role gives me face to face weekly meetings with our GM and AGM's. The ambassador is responsible for recording key points from each Set the Standard Meeting and making sure the Site Process Board is maintained. I update the project tracker, participate in Gemba Walks and engage in problem-solving discussions.
