I gave birth to my son in August of 2021 and left the work force to stay home with him

I worked as a front desk receptionist at Deporre Veterinary Hospital. My main duties included:

• answering phones and providing quality customer service
• scheduling appointments
• processing payments
• responding to emails
• relaying client questions/concerns to doctors
• preparing patient files
• greeting clients.

I was the General Manager of Dogtopia, an open play dog daycare and boarding facility with a capacity of 110 dogs. I managed a team of 15 employees. My duties included

• customer acquisition and retention
• maintaining excellent customer service
• creating structured systems for day-to-day operations
• maintaining a positive company culture
• hiring and training employees
• managing employee performance
• hitting sales targets
• ensuring safety of all staff members and animals
• managing inventory
• completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• leading team meetings

I worked at the restaurant G's Pizzeria and was hired as a server. I was then promoted to the role of bartender. My responsibilities included

• cleaning responsibilities
• upselling and hitting sales goals
• calling employees in for shifts
• answering phone
• making reservations
• handling money/register
• gaining and keeping clients
