• Investigated the role of RNA binding proteins in post-transcription regulation of RNA in colon cancer and retinal pigment epithelial cells in mitochondrial bio genesis and control.

• Investigated novel role of an RNA binding protein in R-loop processing and DNA Damage repair.
• Investigated mechanism of post transcription regulation of nuclear pore complex and its effect on RNA transport in human cells.
