* Attend guest with exceptional customer service and ensure they are left content and have everything they asked for if not , I offer what we have related to what they ordered.

* I operate a cash register and handle money 5 days out of the week and I make sure the right amount is received and well as the change returned back to the guest.

* I have handled many conflicts with guest upset about mess ups in the kitchen to guest getting into conflicts within one another, the fastest way to handle the confliction is by assuring both guest are okay and ask what is causing the issue and offer my services to help both guests and ensure they are both left content.

* I am currently an opener meaning I attend to restocking, check dates on food (FIFO), make sure the area is cleaned and wiped down, and lastly I make sure to set up for my team and I to have a successful shift.
