Experienced an attorney from Turkiye bringing 13 years of quality performance in commercial law, labor law, maritime law, international law support supervisory roles. I have extensive experience in legal research, regulatory compliance, corporate documentation, and international business matters. I have graduated from Baskent University with a Law Degree, which has been evaluated as a First Professional Degree in Law.I previously practiced law and served as legal counsel in Turkey before continuing my legal career in the United States in legal support and immigration-related roles as experience assisting with complex employment-based immigration matters, including E-2, O-1, EB-1A/B/C, and EB-5 matters. My published legal articles and comparative legal analyses on topics including artificial intelligence regulations in North America and Europe, green-washing and corporate compliance, and foreign investment law, including publications in International Magazine, a United Kingdom-based international finance and business magazine. In addition, A collaborative leader partners with coworkers to promote an engaged, empowering work culture. Documented strengths in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Besides this, I am actively volunteering in professional legal organizations, including the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Young Lawyers Section, Business Law Section, and Manhattan representative activities.
