I have played sports for over 10 years. The sports I participated in consisted of football and wrestling. Why I think these sports are very beneficial to the work industries is because with football I experience that team work ethic and bonding as well as improving and building or everyone being in it together that "brotherhood" then comes wrestling the best part about wrestling is because it's you and only you. I get out what I put in(like anything in life), wrestling taught me great discipline, a hard work ethic that will stay with me forever, as well as my mistakes cost me my consequences. These 2 sports are very ethical for knowing how to be successful in any work industry and have taught me great life lessons that I will continue to use forever.
