I've spent most of my time undergoing retail and customer services starting from being a crew member at McDonald's to a Front End Team Lead at Walmart. I've held a strong interest in the technology world for most of my life and chose to start working towards the goal of my interest, which is to get into any tech industry. I've studied and familiarized myself with computer science and IT and currently plan on studying to achieve my CompTIA A+. I am seeking IT Service Desk opportunities.
During my time as a Team Lead at Walmart, I've helped maintain our review satisfaction at a 5-star rating and maintained great service to both my team and customers. I've had 4 other team leads including myself and I've been told that I've been the best and that no one could replace someone like me or if it was possible that it would be hard to find someone like me.
The tech industry only stands out to me because of the possibilities we can achieve for human life. We can evolve faster, grow stronger, and become more innovative in shaping a better tomorrow. I believe that this role in the IT Service Desk can be the first stepping stone to achieving not just mine, but the company's goal towards success.
