Supervise the hospital by ensuring all staff has the necessary equipment, support, and leadership so they have no obstacles in providing optimal care for patients. Be resourceful when staff are looking for answers to policy and procedure questions. Communicate with patients and visitors to maintain satisfaction of service. Work close with senior leadership in keeping the goals of our mission successfully moving forward.

Supervise the hospital to ensure a safe and productive environment for the patients, staff, and contract labor. Communicate with patients, staff, and contract labor to be able to anticipate their needs. Coordinate with all departments and administration during times of crisis, as well as routine circumstances, to better develop plans for problem solving. By working the night shift, I cover for all of the directors of all of the nursing and non-nursing units and all of senior leadership in their physical absence. Ensure safe staffing for all nursing units. Also, cross trained to the Methodist Hospital to provide assistance to my "adult house" colleagues.
