- Starplus Energy is a joint venture between Stellantis Automotive and Samsung SDI, which creates EV batteries for Jeep, Dodge, Ram, etc.
- Developed and implemented comprehensive training programs for employees to improve overall product quality of the battery module.
- Collaborated with different departments (SQA, CS, etc.) to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Increased candidate engagement by conducting thorough and personable interviews.
- Streamlined purchasing processes for increased efficiency and reduced procurement time. I was tasked with handling all purchase orders, goods received and shipping arrival within the battery module quality department.
- Created and performed weekly presentations for new hire orientations.

- I was required to use AutoCAD, SolidWorks & Sigma Nest to draw and print rack designs, as well as cutting certain products out with a Mazak CNC Laser Machine and print rack prototypes with our company 3-D Printer.
- I trained workers in different departments in improved procedures designed to enhance quality and eliminate errors.
- I deliver product to customers (OH, MI and KY), if we are short on drivers.

- My job duties included operating a Die Cast Machine, following WCM (world class manufacturing) rules, training new or inexperienced operators, operating & "touching-up" ABB and Fanuc robots and also, making sure we hit our rate every shift
- I was also required to troubleshoot machines and robots
- If a robot were to get knocked out of position, my job was to update the program back to the original position while using the "touch pendant" (controller for ABB and Fanuc robots)
- I was also required to change shot-tips and use torches and air hammers to loosen the "stuck piece" (aluminum) from the die, as well as following all safety lock-out procedures.
