Originally started as a Inventory control specialist, for generators. Duties included loading and off loading with proper paper work and address locations, keeping inventory of location of units making sure they are clean and presentable with all associated parts and accessories. Then by desire and self motivation was moved up to
technician apprentice which included making part deliveries and assisting technicians in repairs and service of generators/engines. Rebuilding engines and testing them on sight, reinstalling generators sets out in the field and placing them back on line to provide back up emergency power in a safe timely manner to fit customers needs and expectations. Finally being promoted to a Service Technician where i worked under no needed supervision. Duties include having scope of work processed by service coordinators and follow guidelines of what the job is required and completed in a quoted amount of hours. Driving out to remote job sites and servicing engines, addressing and repairing issues keeping the customer informed and satisfied of work that will be completed at the highest quality and standard.
