I oversaw the wash when the managers were not on site. I opened the wash and closed the wash. I made sure that the daily, morning, and nightly task were done properly. I would help at any station I was needed. I would help the customers if they had a problem with their membership or if they had a incident through the wash. I was also in charge if any of the wraps broke or if anything else stopped working it was my job to help fix.
My main job at the car wash was to service the customers. I would stand out on the lane and help them select a wash that best suited them. I also would try to up sell the customer into purchasing a membership. I would handle when a customer had a problem with their membership. This job had rotations so I helped in the tunnel, loading on the cars and wash the front and then I would send the car through the tunnel and I would make sure that the car came out safe and clean.
I was in charge of the establishment when the manager was not at the store. I opened and closed the store as well as opening and closing registers, I handled the cash and I did the bank runs. Plato's Closet is a consignment shop so they buy and sell clothes from customers. The shift lead was also in charge of pricing the clothes that were brought in. I was in charge of making sure that the open and closing and the daily duties were done.
