•Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, including therapists and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) supporting individuals with disabilities (e.g., Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, ABA Specialists)
•Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection and onboarding process
•Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, job boards, community partnerships, and recruitment events
•Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by conducting background checks, verifying employment eligibility (I-9), and maintaining compliance with employment laws
