I started as a custodian then moved to flex crew which they go do sections when people off and buff floors waxing stripping and shampoo carpets etc then after that I moved up as a head custodian at the administration building I worked their a year then moved up as a rover which is supervisor for like 10 to 12 campuses anything they need or any help or problems they call u and u take care I did that for 5 years then moved up as a lead rover evening which I'm over 40 buildings and over 100 custodians but I have experience on everything floors carpets eaxing everything
