- Work closely with donors ages 18-70 to determine eligibility and make sure they feel comfortable and informed throughout the donation process.

- Monitor both donors and equipment to ensure their well-being and the quality of the plasma collected.

- Perform venipuncture on a wide range of vein types, performing an average of 30+ sticks a day.

- Operate automated plasmapheresis machines and properly disconnect and dispose of all contaminated equipment following health and safety guidelines.

- Process plasma collections, handle blood samples, and ensure proper storage and labeling.

- Accurately document problems and follow appropriate procedures to support donor safety and quality control.
