made desserts for the food bar. i also made all the meringue pies, and various other pies in the showcase and for orders. I kept my area clean and also did prep work for the following day/s.

I made boxed pies and made instant stuff their desserts are not very good at all wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Whenever they needed me to cook I would either to get them out of some tickets or to give one of them a break. While i was baking I did everything from custom made cakes, pies, or anything that was a dessert and someone couldn't find anywhere else I would make it for them even if I had to look it up because I got a few I have never even heard of or never had the desire to make before.

Cook whatever the owner wanted us to cook, he made the menu up it seemed as we were trying to learn what was on it. I went because my friend was a manager and knew I could help bring in business. I'm quite talented on a grill I could make by myself up to or over 2k worth of food/plates by myself.

• Inspect parts off rework racks for weld defects and discontinuities.
• If a discontinuity is found scrap the part. If a defect is found repair it.
• Check welder and equipment for any wear or potential hazards.
• Clean my booth of all grind dust, make sure the lights are off before I leave and if we are closed the following day to turn off the gas, and I would check to make sure all the other booths are off if no one else is using them.
