  • I check in and board the loan to the core using both Laserpro and Silverlake. I order tax service and UCCs when applicable. I assist lenders with many questions ranging from funding the loan, payments, payoff, and waiving late fees. I daily tasks include file maintenance reports, checking back loans from the prior day and balance GLs. I certify monthly GLs and follow up with lenders regarding outstanding environmental, appraisal or real estate filing fees. I backup File Services if a payoff is needed. I continue to grow and challenge myself by asking questions and learning new tasks.
