As the CEO/Owner of Glitzy Girlz Boutique I grew the company from a brick and mortar presence to one of the largest E-Commerce plus size boutiques in the country. Launching our online presence in August of 2018 we achieved 5m in sales. I focused on social media marketing in the US, Uk, Canada, and Australia. Over the the next 3 years, the company grew to over 160 employees, 30M in annual sales and over 1M active customer base. In 2021, Glitzy Girlz earned the #623 spot on the INC 5000.
