As apart of my role as a member service specialist, I am to provide and ask members how they are doing today and if they found everything OK. I always make sure I am asking every question, I can think of to make sure the member is satisfied with their visit. I also do sell them new memberships as they sign up, and let them know which offers we have and what benefits they have.
