• Maintaining the buffet fully stocked at all times
• Organizing desserts, all-day foods, fruits, hot foods, and cold foods.
• Kept the buffet fully cleaned with routine wipe downs, brooming, and a change of utensils, napkins, and bases.
• Prepared dry and cold food backups for buffet service.

• I would be in charge of working in multiple areas such as creating memberships, applying members for Sam's club credit cards, providing information, support, and fixing customers' memberships through good customer service in the Members Service station/ Store. Also, processed receipts, helped collect carts both inside and outside, processed customers' items through the registers, processed refunds, took returned/ go backs back to the store floor, assisted members in self checkout, organized carts in the entrance, and helped other departments when needed, such as curbside pickup or zoning. I had to provide good customer service, great problem-solving, good communication, knowledge of credit cards and memberships, and memorization of items throughout the store.

• Supported student success in the SEEA Office at SLCC Taylorsville Redwood Campus by collaborating with an advisor to guide students in academic planning and graduation readiness. Conducted monthly check-ins to help students stay on track and achieve their goals. Created engaging flyers and digital media to promote campus initiatives and student programs

• Worked in the Student Engagement, Experience, and Achievement (SEEA) Office at SLCC Taylorsville Redwood Campus, supporting an advisor in student success initiatives. Assisted students in planning future coursework and graduation pathways through monthly check-ins and creative goal-setting. Designed flyers and media for office projects, and provided active support for the Native Indigenous Student Union (NISU), including event coordination and club engagement.

• As a Team Member at American Eagle, I assisted customers by providing personalized guidance on clothing selections, ensuring a positive and helpful shopping experience. I operated the cash register, processing transactions accurately while communicating store promotions and resources in a friendly and upbeat manner. In the fitting room area, I directed customers to available rooms, explained store policies, and maintained a welcoming environment. Additionally, I organized merchandise by returning items to their designated locations and contributed to overall store cleanliness, especially during closing shifts.
