I was in charge of day-to-day operations, budget management, public relations, customer satisfaction, various staffing responsibilities, production estimates, and other duties as needed While employed in this capacity I created a social media and public relations campaign that tripled store sales daily averages and rebranded the store within the community

• I oversaw the BSA and NRA standards in both safety and instruction curricula for the following programs: Rifle, Shotgun, Pistol, Archery, Action Archery, Air rifle and BB Guns While supervising over a dozen various staff members on5 ranges concurrently running, we successfully hosted over10,000 participants over the course of the season on average annually
