Service industry experience involved greeting guests and managing guest seating, waitlists, reservations, and phone calls for take out or delivery order's. Provided customer service in fast paced and team based environments as to make sure front of house operations ran smoothly and customer satisfaction met. Student leader experience involved teaching basic film related skills to students of multiple varying levels and adapting to others needs and requirements in order to properly help them succeed.
