Manage, create and edit the clinical systems for 9 long term care facilities in North Carolina.

Assist all facilities with State Survey readiness and participate in each survey at each building.

Implement and serve as the program coordinator for facilities that choose to implement an in-house NA1 training program.

• Built and maintained positive working relationships with physicians and staff to support seamless healthcare operations.
• Performed rounds to observe care and interview staff, residents, and families.
