During that time, I’ve spent 40 hours a week creating fun, sensory-rich lessons for preschoolers and school-age kids. Those years have helped me grow comfortable with classroom safety, gentle behavior guidance, and staying on top of Title 22 and Title 5 rules. My time with ChildCare Careers also showed me how to jump into new classrooms, fit right in with different teams, and keep up with high care standards and background checks.
