Dedicated and trustable in getting the job done with efficiency, my military training gave me the self confidence to take on challenging tasks without hesitation. My core values are to respect and empathize with others, that allows me to better understand them and build stronger relations. I adapt along with the company's needs and the leadership, for me; being efficient at a work level, it's maintaining composure in high-pressure situations, critical thinking and commitment to the mission. I have worked in different places since i’m 16, some more rewarding than others, but my most significant job experience comes from my family business. I grew up with a single mother and two siblings, my father left us a small apartment complex after passing away, that we used as our income. Due to the overwhelming situation for my Mom, I learn how to use housing lease agreements, analyze and attract new tenants, close deals and, maintenance and advertising for the place. My goal is to continue expanding the value I can offer to others.
