As lead supervisor I expertly managed over 150 personnel in the successful completion of all operational duties within a strenuous work environment while deployed with the US Navy. As the primary trainer I ensured 20 personnel successfully received there next qualification. My intense flight deck management and involved leadership directly contributed to the successful completion of NIMITZ' 2022-2023 C7F deployment and my department earning the CY22 Yellow "E" Award. Additionally, as the division work center supervisor I led and managed 14 maintenance personnel in daily shipboard tasks to ensure the material readiness of U.S.S. Nimitz was upheld.

• Served onboard U.S.S. Carl Vinson from 2001-2005 where I did multiple combat deployments.
• Served onboard U.S.S John C. Stennis from 2005-2007.
• U.S. Navy recruiter from 2007-2010 where I received my US Military Apprenticeship Program certificate in Counseling.
• Served onboard U.S.S. Nimitz from 2010-2016 where not only did I do my job as an Aircraft Director I was also the Department Career Counselor where I was in charge of over 600 Sailors careers and transition out of the Navy.
• Served at Transient Personnel Unit from 2016-2019 where I did administrative tasks in ensuring Sailors transition out of the Navy was seamless and also ensured new Sailors made it to the Command if there Command was deployed.
