Frank Owens

As a manager at Goodyear I take inventory and schedule production before the shift starts. Then I align manpower to run what the internal needs to make production for the upcoming shift. Also I perform performance appraisals on new hires at 30, 60 and 90 days as well as yearly appraisals on all other employees. I conduct safety meetings and hold safety stand downs when an accident has occurred. I work with the maintenance lead to make sure we get needed work done on the machines without impacting plant and keep the equipment running properly.
