My responsibility's included Contract Negotiations, Enforcement and adjustments as needed. This is a high level position responsible for managing many stewards and chief stewards meeting and resolving problems with senior level management. My areas of responsibility and coverage were over the 19 years of employment, Maine State Government Executive Branch, Maine Judicial Branch, Maine Legislative Branch, Maine Turnpike Authority, York County Government, the Cities of Auburn and Lewiston, Baxter School for the Death, Maine Community Colleges, Maine Military Authority and Child Development Services

My responsibilities included auditing both paid and denied unemployment claims for accuracy and to ensure that recipients were adhering to the rules and laws necessary to collect the benefit. Although I was a State employee in this role I reported to the Federal Government whom oversees this program.

• Maintained clean and organized worksites, minimizing hazards and promoting a safe working environment.
• Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, completing physically demanding tasks under varying conditions.
• Performed general housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
• Responsible to fill in as foreman to cover vacations and other vacancies
