Managed all aspects of the relationship between Big Rock Sports and the customer base within my sales territory. This included face-to-face meetings on a regular basis, as well as support via phone, text, and internet.

Worked with customers on larger seasonal and promotional orders as opportunities became available.

Handled all aspects of customer service, including returns of defective merchandise, issues with billing, shipments, and any other issues that may arise during business dealings.

About 10 years ago, I took on the additional responsibility of managing a local Big Rock warehouse location, along with a van to carry the product. This operation was one of two in the entire country. My duties included ordering products from various suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, stocking the warehouse and the van, and receiving. With some vendors, I was able to achieve higher sales numbers than they were getting from the main warehouse servicing half of the U.S.
