I was appointed Director of PAW Charities in 2017 by Presiding Bishop Charles H. Ellis which was the first ministry of it's kind in our organization. We provide assistance to churches and areas that have been affecting by storms and other disasters.
I also am the founder of the Church Developers Network which is provides training and resources to churches and ministries across denominational lines. This network allows ministers and staff to collaborate on how to be more effective in their communities to make the reach of their ministries greater in the cities and town in which they serve and even beyond.
I was also listed in the Presidential Who's Who among business and religious leaders in 2008. This honor was given after leading our church through the cancellation of debt that had accrued for many years from a previous leader. We were able to cancel debt 10 years earlier than the recommended time.
I was elevated to the office of Bishop in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World at the age of 38. This has never been done in the 110 year history of our organizations existence.

I've received certification as a Real Colors Facilitator from Real Colors Institute of Phoenix, AZ. This certification is used as a program to aid CEOs, Directors and Executive Staff identify the personalities of those who work within their organizations to help them better correspond and deal with the different personalities of others to create and non toxic healthy work environment.
