Summary

I am a professional operator raised from the ground floor. There were several factory jobs for me growing up then I moved into the LTL Industry. From dock worker, then years later to Service Center Manager, I have covered much ground. I was hired in 2000 with Overnite Trucking in Gaffney SC and held many positions including dockworker, dock leadman, specialist in Weight and Research, Ops Supervisor, and Ops Manager. In 2014 I transferred to Greensboro NC and accepted Assistant Service Center Manager position. In late 2017 I accepted position as the Service Center Manager in Knoxville. My time here has included many travels for classes, on audit teams, and training other operations - and two buy outs. UPS Freight/T Force The true accomplishment was to turn this buildings YOY (Year Over Year) crash and injuries from high double digits number to a low single digits number. Now fully understanding how the operation inter tangles between pickup customer and shipping customer I and my team run an operation that is among the best in the district. At times with my Regional Director of Operations vacations I fill in under the Regional Vice President on regional directions and needs.
