My duties as a reservation host/busser include but not limited to sales duties at various food and beverage outlets in the resort. accommodating day-of reservations requests, and accurately delivering service to ensure exceptional guests experience. enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verifying information in the reservation system. Maintaining a full understanding of hotel current events, details of all food and beverage outlets, cross-venue sales opportunities, and upselling guests experiences. Perform guest service functions such as welcoming guests to food and beverage outlets, discussing available reservation opportunities, attending to guest requests, greeting guests, and assisting guests with seating. Duties also include ensuring Food & Beverage outlets meet all federal, state, city, county, corporate, hotel, and department standards, requirements, policies, and regulations.
