Managed a team of 5 weld maintenance technicians in the care and upkeep of over 1300 robots and various other automotive weld equipment. Utilized excel spreed sheets and email to communicate with upper management about daily operations and ongoing projects. Coordinated with production and shipping departments to meet the ever changing needs and demands of the customer.

• Load, secure, and transport equipment essential to daily operations. Perform routine maintenance on vehicle to keep them in working order and mission capable.

• Maintained and operated 50+ multifaceted cranes in order to de-palletize, organize, and re-palletize products for our customer. Proper maintenance of this equipment along side other industrial equipment such as conveyor systems helped to meet or exceed daily demand of product movement. Gained 3+ years of hands on electrical maintenance experience working with power rails, contractors, collectors, and other such equipment involved in industrialized automation. Some welding experience fabricating brackets and fixtures in order to get machines back into working order.

• I manage daily operations which included tracking incoming and outgoing parts, opening and closing procedures, scheduling conflicts, handling commercial accounts, and providing customer satisfaction with parts and services.

• I worked in a small group of 3 to 5 soldiers to get Camp Perry ready for National Matches. Some of my duties included organizing warehouse supplies, maintaining and painting worn down wood structures, landscape, and clean barracks.
